The direct debit is one of the most popular payment methods. Easy, effective, affordable and compatible with each account. The best: now also Billomat bills can easily participate in the electronic debit.
A direct debit combines some advantages for both the retailer and the customer: No effort by transfer orders for the customers No risk for customers is that they can booking dirty dishes within certain deadlines contradict the dealer gets his money in good time and ensures its liquidity through complete control of the Booking the dealer has significant economies of scale requirements for the direct debit procedure
In order to participate in the Direct Debit Scheme, the payee must be a so-called "Agreement on the collection of receivables by direct debits" complete only with his bank. This interpretation states, among other things, that only due receivables may be confiscated and a debit authorization from the debtor (invoice).

To generate these DTAUS files, our intern Simon Plasger has developed with the help of our API to create an easy-to-use DTAUS export. It should be pointed out that bank codes and account numbers as part of the introduction of SEPA (BIC / IBAN) on 1 February 2014 be abolished. This also DTAUS is replaced by the SEPA Direct Debit. While it is up to 1 February 2016 planned dirty dishes a certain transitional period, in how far this is best handled in practice and whether it separate dirty dishes cost (from banks) apply and is still open.
Unfortunately, it was only a student internship and Simon would only make his high school ready. But we have already asked him if he did not want to drop out of school. Unfortunately, there was nothing to be done ;-)
Why do not you integrate the function in the Billomat surface? That should be a standard feature of Billomat? Two tools are simply uncomfortable and login with API code not as "doll". ;-)
Thanks for the feedback. The DTAUS export is outsourced because we are affected only a limited group of users. So the DTAUS export applies, for example, only for our users from Germany, but not for all the other 62 countries where Billomat is offered. Also, only users are concerned that feed their bills by direct debit.
So it is ultimately a question of Nutzungsintensitiät whether the function in Billomat fits or is outsourced. For the existing changes in terms of SEPA, we provide the decision but once again put to the test.
Still a substantive question: will observe the terms of payment for the export of jobs? When direct debit I can schedule any job. For us, this would be a not unimportant dirty dishes point. dirty dishes
The DTAUS files can be used from 1.2.2014 (actually) so no longer. Is there beteits an export interface for the SEPA format, or is in such planning? When do these is then available?
Good news # 1: Yes, a SEPA-export is in the works. We have also received personal support dirty dishes through a new employee here. I think Thomas is also present in person soon. Good message # 2: The deadline for conversion was shortly extended again (see also Billomat magazine at http://www.billomat.com/de/magazin/sepa-frist-fuer-die-umstellung-wird-um-6 -months-EXTENDED /), so that there is still a little time.
