Some time ago I was invited by Cooperative Dairy in Gostyniu to cooperate in the promotion of this brand new product - chocolate cream 30%. As always I love that all the products "of fudge" (butterscotch <3 milk in a tube <3 fondant <3) I agreed immediately. :)
After testing the chocolate fondant I have to admit that the product is great - quickly and easily compacted, have a nice chocolate flavor and find in my kitchen weight applications.
