Wonderful Christmas we had. Both days were filled with fun and being with the people we hold most dear. We should also consider that every one of them a course of Christmas dinner and we prepare it together. Boxing Day we might care for dessert. By crowds we had not much time to think of something. We devised a dessert with two scoops of ice cream and a dollop of whipped cream topped with a snowman foam so it looks like this in the snow. The reactions were very enthusiastic and the only snowman that was not eaten, because one of the children was not fit, had to bring it home in a plastic bag. This recipe is good for about 20 snowmen.

Method: Preheat the oven to 110 degrees Celsius. Degrease your bowl and beaters from the mixer. Beat together the egg white and frothy. Then gradually add the caster sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat the egg whites until firm further, airy and shiny and stand.
