Today I have been at the park walk in Enkoping on the job. Would recommend if you are the least interested in plants. It's actually a bit mysterious how many flowers you can squeeze cascade chilliwack into the same small town. And by all means, cascade chilliwack do not miss a visit to Westerlundska courtyard, where you can get coffee, bun, soft cake and two biscuits (all homemade by a pair of stunning retired ladies) for a paltry 30 kr in the leafy courtyard.
We had very nice although I had a few incidents with the plants. First there was a seductive blåblommig sage who smelled of stale beer and cat piss and then there was some sort of Russian thistle as my explicit question "Sticks this faith?" Replied firmly yes.
But once I got home, I felt completely washed out. Sweaty, tired, huvudvärkig and not particularly keen on anything. Threw eyeing the pantry, saw red lentils and the way it was. Hummus on lentils with tomato and mint. Refreshing, healthy, easy.
Fast food to reduce hunger and cooling. 2 cups red lentils 3 1/2 cups water 2 garlic cloves, pressed juice of 1 lemon 1 really ripe beefsteak tomato 1 small handful mint leaves salt and black pepper to serve: olive oil pita Rinse the lentils and boil them soft in the water, 10-15 minutes. Pour off any remaining liquid. Let the lenses of steam and cool slightly. Squeeze the garlic cloves directly into the lens pan and mix with lemon juice. Carelessness Chop the tomatoes and slice the mint finely. Mix everything quickly with a hand blender, there should be texture left. Do not worry if it looks a little cascade chilliwack tripped, it solidifies into a suitable consistency for a while in the fridge. Season with salt and plenty of black pepper. Refrigerate for an hour and drizzle with a little olive oil before serving. Serve with pita bread to dip in and gladly some olives and some sliced cucumber.

Became insanely hungry for linshommus, and it would have fit well with lamb patties that I had intended me to dinner - and I have no lemon at home !!! Can you imagine someone else acid? It becomes not the same, but still ...?
Oh yes - it went well. Tomato paste and white wine vinegar works great. Can imagine the lemon gives a bit fresher taste, be sure to have at home the next time the mood takes you ... Dillchimichurrin has also made great success in the circle of acquaintances. "That green Sausen was actually really go '" (think Scanian ...) could be heard even from the most doubtful dinner guest.
