Waste water containing heavy metals (industrial wastewater), are formed in the automotive and chemical industry, in the manufacture of electrochemical cells and processing of metal surfaces, in the electronics industry, in the printing on leather and other factories. The problem of removing heavy metals from wastewater is now especially relevant.
